Hi Alum!!!
My husband Richard and I have a winter home in a golf course community in Florida. He has been golfing everyday ... sometimes twice a day. Needless to say, but saying anyway, Richard is on top of his game. 😊 We have been living in a bubble here with same group of friends weekly. We also have gone to Capital Grill — where there are socially distance tables of 4 outside. It’s a nice getaway from kitchen. Our home in WV has not seen us since October of 2019! But.. then again... not even Covid wants to go there. Lol!. I’ve taken up golf —- and have become quite the Chef!! The winners in this pandemic have been our 3 pups.... they love having us home. This has been the treat of their life, and I’m sure all pups are feeling the same reward. Our life’s balance certainly has been rocked. However, ... we are the Class of 1969 … and we will get through this. We have always been creatures of change, only this time love beads, and peace bracelets hold little energy. Masks are in! Let’s just stay healthy, wise and positive. We will get through this. After all we are a resilient class. Class of 1969!! Let’s hear it from our cheerleaders!!!!! |
