All is well here in the state of Washington.
My wife Chris & I wanted to get to CT last May but Covid changed our plans. We missed my Mom's 96th birthday & our granddaughter's 2 yr old birthday. With the pitiful way the pandemic is being handled we're not sure when we'll be out East again. No camping for us this summer. I haven't even taken the tarpaulin off the camper. We have been able to sail quite a bit on Puget Sound north of Seattle. We typically stay on the boat for 3 - 4 days at a time while we're there. Other than that, not too much new. So far I've canned 19 quarts of tomatoes from our garden and spend a fair amount of time, about 4 days a week, getting exercise with my road bike. When we get the chance to go to CT again I'll get in touch. We both really enjoyed having pizza at Bud Bassoli’s place & seeing Bob Dempsey again. |
